Let yourself be transported to a deeper state of relaxation in this beautiful venue, as you are taken on a journey using drums, singing bowls, gongs, and percussion. Using a particular method of playing, Sound Therapy can influence brainwaves and enable us to enter altered states of consciousness (ASC). This can bring benefits such as an improvement in our physical, emotional and mental wellbeing , reduced depression and anxiety and better sleep. Sound Therapy can allow us to release physical, emotional and mental tension, and help us to move back into balance.

PLEASE BRING: Yoga mat, blanket and cushion/pillow to rest on. You may like to bring a bolster for under your knees. Wear and sone water. comfy clothes. You are welcome to bring any crystal to be charged by the sound too 🙏

Around 45 minutes of Qi Gong practice followed by a mini sound meditation to integrate the session.
The Shibashi are Qi Gong exercises based on the principles of Taiji.
Suitable for everyone, it uses meditative physical movements to help focus on the internal movement of the Qi, quietening the noise so we are truly able to listen and connect back to ourselves.
Qi Gong has many health benefits including helping to clear the lymphatic system and calming the nervous system, to name but a couple.

Come and get your weekend off to a great start by joining us for an evening of yoga to move your body and then a gong bath to soothe your spirit.
We’ll start with around 45 minutes of Hatha yoga with Toni (Yoga with Toni). She will lead you through a specially planned routine to give your body a good stretch, then you get to relax and rest for the remaining time, where I will immerse you in the healing frequencies of the gong & other instruments.
There will be fresh fruit to nibble on at the end and a little goody bag with a cake and tea for you to enjoy when you’re snuggled up in bed at home :)

We are delighted to incorporate Pilates and a healing Gong Bath into this special event.
The session will begin with 45 minutes of gentle Pilates flow. The lovely George from Pilates Rocks will be by your side to instruct and guide you through the movements, allowing for all levels from beginners to advanced, to ensure maximum enjoyment and engagement.
After the gentle Pilates session, you will be taken on a relaxing journey with the Gong, singing bowls and other instruments. Allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds and transported to a deeper state of relaxation and healing.
