I like to work intuitively and use a combination of energy work with sound.

I am qualified and certified in Aura & Chakra balancing, Reiki drumming, Usui & Karuna reiki as well as Sound therapy.

My intention is to create a safe space where you can rest and receive. The sound combined with energy can heal at a cellular level and can help with a variety of conditions including stress, anxiety, and insomnia. The sounds entrain your brainwaves bringing you into a state of deep relaxation, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, giving your body a chance to rest and heal.

The 2 hour timeframe will give you space for settling in and a short discussion about the treatment before we begin and also time to integrate afterwards and to discuss any findings.
